TalentProof is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in typing and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with general office management tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and project management tools.
