Job Description
As an M365 Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft 365 projects for Talentproof, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
### Responsibilities
* Lead the full project lifecycle for Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and enhancements, from initiation to closure.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
* Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges.
* Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal technical resources and external vendors.
* Ensure user adoption through effective communication, training strategies, and post-implementation support.
* Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide status reports to senior management.
### Qualifications
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 projects.
* In-depth understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Power Platform.
* Demonstrated experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
* Experience with change management principles and their application in M365 projects.
* Familiarity with governance and compliance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
